Coverage
Our calculator coverage rates and our “buy with installation” are given in good faith and on the understanding that your surface is in a good enough condition to receive the goods or services and that we do not know the following facts.
- The exact condition of the surface or possible ground works needed at time of placing the order.
- Any other works that may be deemed necessary, such as sub base, edgings or manholes.
- The equipment used.
- The expertise of the person applying the Product if just purchasing the Products alone.
- The exact coverage rate of the products bought, given the above (items 1–4).
Notwithstanding the above, we will do our best to help you achieve the best result.
2. Basis of the Contract
2.1 Your Order represents an offer to purchase Goods and/or Services based on these Conditions.
2.2 The Contract will be considered accepted only when we issue written acceptance or deliver the Goods/Services, at which point the Contract shall begin.
2.3 Any samples, drawings, or descriptive materials provided by us are meant to give a rough idea of the Goods/Services and do not form part of the Contract.
2.4 These Conditions exclusively govern the Contract, overriding any conflicting terms you may seek to impose.
2.5 Quotations provided by us do not constitute offers and are valid for 30 business days.
2.6 These Conditions apply to both Goods and Services unless otherwise specified.
3. Goods
3.1 The Goods are described in the Goods Specification or our quotation.
3.2 We reserve the right to amend the Order to comply with statutory or regulatory requirements, and we will notify you accordingly.
4. Delivery of Goods
4.1 We will arrange delivery of the Goods to the location specified in the Order or another mutually agreed location, after notifying you that the Goods are ready. Delivery is contingent on full payment of the invoice for the Goods.
4.2 Delivery is deemed completed once the Goods arrive at the Delivery Location.
4.3 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events, manufacturing delays, or any failure on your part to provide accurate delivery instructions.
4.4 If you fail to accept delivery, we will store the Goods and charge you for any associated costs, including redelivery.
4.5 If you do not accept delivery within 5 business days of notification, we may store the Goods, charge storage fees, and/or resell or dispose of them, with any proceeds being offset against storage costs.
4.6 We may deliver Goods in multiple instalments, with each instalment constituting a separate Contract.
4.7 Each delivery will include a delivery note showing the Order date, type, quantity, and relevant product codes.
4.8 Delivery service is kerb side only and will be delivered by lorry with a tail lift.
5. Quality of Goods
5.1 We warrant that the Goods will be free from material and packaging defects at the time of leaving us to delivery.
5.2 No guarantee is given regarding the final aesthetic appearance of the Goods, as variations may occur during manufacture. We recommend mixing multiple bags to ensure consistency in appearance.
5.3 We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you benefit from any warranties provided by the manufacturer of the Goods.
5.4 If the Goods fail to meet the warranty within 1 business day of discovery, we may, at our discretion, replace or refund the defective Goods, provided you follow the return procedures.
5.5 We are not liable for defects arising from misuse, improper storage, damage, or wear and tear.
6.6 We generally do not accept returns. However, in exceptional cases, standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if prior written approval from Resindriveways.co.uk is obtained. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping to the original supplier, as specified by Resindriveways.co.uk. A 35% restocking fee will apply for goods deemed to be of merchantable quality by Resindriveways.co.uk. Not all products may be eligible for return. For B2B transactions, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
